01 / For creative & marketing teams

AI workshops,
built around your team.

Help your team bring AI into the way projects get done: planning, organizing files and assets, creating the work, managing revisions, and preparing delivery. Sessions build on the tools and processes your team already uses.

Built around your team

Start with the work.
Choose the tools from there.

Start with a project and follow the work through it. We can look at turning a brief into tasks, organizing assets, preparing material for creative applications, tracking versions, and handling feedback—as well as developing ideas and making the work.

For agencies, studios, and whole marketing or creative departments. People in different roles can bring different questions. We’ll shape the session around your team’s experience, responsibilities, and goals.

Ways to work together

A format that fits the question.

Choose a focus that suits the team: an introduction to AI, a guided creative exercise, or a closer look at part of your process.

01 / Get oriented

Team briefing.

An introduction and discussion of AI across creative work: what the tools can do, where they fall short, and which uses are worth exploring for your team.

02 / Put it to work

Half-day workshop.

Explanation, a guided walkthrough, and discussion of how to apply the approach to your team’s ideas, design, content, or review process.

03 / Go deeper

Full-day lab.

More time to explore, compare approaches, and refine work around an agreed creative question. We’ll set the scope and preparation together.

Remote or in person, depending on location and scope. Pricing is quoted after a short conversation about the team and session.

What we explore

From the brief
to delivery.

  1. Plan and organize the project.

Translate a brief into tasks, organize references and assets, and establish folder structures, naming conventions, and a way to track progress.

  2. Create and prepare the work.

Use AI for ideas and content, production preparation, and recurring tasks within your existing applications. Choose applications around the project’s needs.

  3. Manage feedback and versions.

Turn client and stakeholder notes into revision tasks, identify conflicting requests, and keep a clear record of versions and changes.

  4. Prepare delivery and handoff.

Check the deliverables against the brief, organize final files, and prepare handoff notes that help the next person pick up the work.

Discuss a workshop

Before we begin

A conversation.
Then a useful plan.

Does everyone need AI experience?

No. Tell me about the team’s current experience and the tools you use. We’ll agree on an appropriate starting point and any preparation before the session.

Can you tailor a session to our workflow?

Yes. We can focus on a particular task, a department’s process, or a broader introduction for people in different roles. We’ll discuss goals, tool access, confidentiality, and practical constraints first.

How do we get started?

Email a little about your team, the question you want to explore, and your preferred timing. We can arrange a no-commitment 15-minute conversation before agreeing on a workshop.
